State Governments Can't Really Do Anything About Illegal Immigrants Since It's A Federal Jurisdiction But States Can Levy Hefty Fines Against Known Illegal And Legal Immigrants For Possessing Pets Of Any Kind Especially Dogs. $2000 Dollar Fine For Illegal And Legal Immigrants Being Caught In Possession Of An Animal Sounds Like A Nice Round Number.
