The Most Popular Candidate Isn't The Best Candidate If We Demand PerformancePosted 8-18-2013 Peter King (R-NY-House) We have 3 good candidates that lost major elections but still hold true to the conservative message. Allen West, Michelle Bachmann and Rick Santorum. They all have years of vetting and stand with the Tea Party on big issues. Peter King has also announced an interest in making a run for the presidency in 2016.
* Allen West holds some popularity and expresses some good messages. Allen West joined the black congressional caucus and even though I myself believe him and that it was only for his parents it was a mistake and a lot of people take this as a signal he may side with democrats on the big issues. Allen West is a good strong constitutional conservative without a doubt and so far he can be trusted to stay connected with the Tea Party republican base. Allen West was also a member of the Tea Party caucus Michelle Bachmann created when he was in elected office. I is assumed at this time the reason for Allen West being defeated for his Florida congressional house seat was due to "Democratic Cheating". A hardcore democrat was in charge of the vote count and tossed a lot of Allen West votes away and refused to do a recount.
* Michelle Bachmann is a good strong conservative but was weak delivering her message. Michelle Bachmann is dynamite but needs to express herself more strongly and quit stagnating on certain topics. Michelle needs to stay away from Sarah Palin because Sarah still has John McCain baggage to rid herself of and John McCain has been poison since he started to push amnesty in 1996. Michelle Bachmann would be a great president and since she's the person that created the congressional Tea Party caucus she can be trusted to stay in tune with the Tea Party base.
* Rick Santorum seems to be a good guy and strong on the constitution but I myself am kinda worried he would go off on his own if he got elected and do stupid things like Bush. Rick has to improve his image and lose the sweater vests and the stuffed shirt look, quit jacking himself up because we already know what he has done. Of coarse Rick wants to inform republicans of his accomplishments but should do that with a page on his web site and just advertise the web site page. He needs to start telling us how he's going to stuff lots of cash in our pockets without giving the cash to the corporations so they can give the cash to us. I like Rick but he has to stand true to an economic plan that shows some creativity and not the same ol corporate trickle down crap. We do need to cut taxes on corporations but we also need to level the playing field so mom and pop shops can flourish. These types of things along with other important issues need to be discussed with precision and elaboration.
Peter King is a hardcore republican that falls in with Tea Party values and wants. Peter is hard hitting as Chris Christy is but without the love Chris Christy has for commibama and the democratic way of life. I guarantee you Peter King will not "Huge Obama". Peter is right to the point and brings up some good points. With Peter it's all about defending the U.S. and not turning the U.S. into a "Pansy Wonderland".
These 3 candidates Allen West, Michele Bachman & Rick Santorum are much better than most people think but they have "BAD" political advisors that are stuffed shirts like Karl Rove or even worse! These 3 held true to conservative wants and if they get the message to "Clean Up Their Messages" I'm sure or hopeful they could gain some popularity with voters. Popularity is always the best way to get a candidate elected but popular candidates, "ARE ALWAYS CRAP!" or most of them are.
Vetting the candidates at the political entry level is the best way to keep the boneheads out and keep a flow of strong conservatives in. It takes time for people to find out the truth about candidates and this is how Obama and Hillary came to be. After candidates are vetted then we can see who's going to be popular and carry a message they will stand by after they get elected. Standing by their message and creating economic plans for All U.S. citizens is a must. To many politicians get elected and just go along with some horse shit plan a dumbfck thought up as an easy way out. The democrats just lie and say lets be communist to cure all the problems.
As 2016 draws near I'm sure the republicans will have more candidates on the debate stage and will need a lot of podiums. Peter King has announced he is interested in making a presidential run in 2016. We have 3 good candidates now and we can create some popularity for them if they stay away from amnesty and race hustling and come up with sound economic plans for U.S. citizens as a whole that will make everyone prosper and not just one group or race. Start coming up with plans that will get incomes to the lower financial classes without the trickle down B.S. through the corporations. Lower taxes to bring jobs back, "YES" but also develop plans that will develop incomes for the lower classes if they are willing to do something for the income that's lawful. Lower taxes for the corporations but step away from them and engage a plan that will make mom and pop shops flourish. If anyone reading this can contact these 3 candidates tell them to "Clean Up Their Messages" and they may get popular really fast!

Ted Cruz Ted Cruz appears to be a good patriot fighting to get our country back but their is an issue concerning his being born on foreign soil. A lot of people think there's a deal with natural born, birth certificates and one or two parents but these things are only for the general population.
When you are talking constitution concerning the elected representatives you have to look at the sections of the constitution written for them separated from the parts of the constitution written for the general population. This is a mistake made by most people referring to an article written for the general citizen population and instantly thinking articles written for the general population are true for being able to campaign to become the president of the U.S..
When it comes down to Ted Cruz being eligible to run for the presidency you have to look at the article in the constitution that refers only to the president and any amendments that talk about the presidency separate from the general population concerning citizenship and what makes the general population citizens.
Article II - Section 1 of the U.S. constitution is written for the "president". There are four sections to Article II. Section 2 discusses "Civilian Power over Military, Cabinet, Pardon Power, Appointments", Section 3 discusses "State of the Union, Convening Congress", Section 4 discusses "Disqualification"
The presidential section of the constitution specifically states, "No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President". The key word is "or citizen of the U.S" so it would appear that Ted Cruz would be eligible to run for the president of the U.S. unless an amendment to the constitution was written later and added somemore restrictions.
I haven't read through the amendments at this time but but as of now it looks like an illegal alien could become a naturalized citizen and run for the presidency?
One more issue is another growing trend of popular congressional representatives not serving out their terms and making a run for the presidency. This puts people in high office that have very little experience making decisions we all have to live by. Barack Obama did it and he's the worst president we have ever had for his push to make the U.S. a communist state compared to Jimmiy Carter who did have some prior experience and is now in the 3 worst spot with Clinton in 2nd for causing the 2008 economic collapse. Some republican presidents like Nixon and Bush 2 barely skated by with low decision making skills but someone popular like Cruz is going to be below that because he has had no time to build up his skills and may turn out to be another Nixon and Bush 2. Nixon and Bush 2 talked a good game also but never delivered. The 2008 economic collapse wasn't the fault of Bush 2 and is the fault of Bill Clinton but Bush 2 didn't do enough to find potential problems and correct them. Sarah Palin dumped her governor job early which was a stupid move because of her popularity. I liked Sarah and understand her connection to McCain but two dumb decisions she made was to quit her governor job early and not break away from the McCain baggage early enough. She refuses to state her position on immigration which means she's carrying the McCain baggage around and may grant the pathway to citizenship for illegal aliens. This trend of popular people stone skipping through congress to the presidency should stop and Ted Cruz is attempting to do this and even though I to like what Ted Cruz says I'm not going to fall into that popularity trap of a newbie senator that hasn't served out one term and will run for the presidency before his first term is up.
I am leaning towards Allen West and Michelle Bachman because the U.S. has war problems and Allen West would be more able to deal with that and U.S. security. Allen West knows the military leaders better and needs no advisors to pick who's going to best serve in positions that will bring the U.S. the proper security. Allen West also knows the U.S. constitution very well and abides by it to the letter. Allen West has a good charater and will bring the U.S. and it's citizens a lot of respect all over the world and is able to get on all kinds of peoples education level and make them feel like they are part of our nation and not just an outcast.
Michelle Bachmann has years of experience in congress and knows the people and government system probably equal to or better than anyone in government. She would make U.S. citizens proud to have her as the first U.S. women president. She has already proven she would get things right for the U.S. and its citizens. Michelle knows where all the demons are hidden in government that cause U.S. citizens so much grief and can work to alter them so they would benefit U.S. citizens much better.
Ted Cruz is a robust type of person but unless he can't feed the democrats their own feces and make them eat it without a dominate republican congress. Ted Cruz and his supporters can say Ted will do this and do that but without the congress it's all just more talk with no backbone from a popular candidate. A few Tea Party Patriot wings did this with Marco Rubio and it blew up in their face. Now they are doing it with Ted Cruz who is a better candidate by far than Rubio but pushing Cruz into the presidency before he's served out at least two terms and messing with the constitution to get him into the presidency is going to blow up in their face if the republicans don't take back both houses. Ted Cruz doesn't have the capability to take on the democratic party alone. Very few people have this capability and the ones that do like Michele Malkin and Laura Ingraham probably will not enter politics even though I keep hoping they do. Monica Crowley is on the border of being able to do it but again politics probably won't happen for her. Andrew Breitbart was an up and coming person who would be able to do it but he is now gone and we have lost a shining star for conservatism. Finding these few people that can take on the democratic party and demolish them with words is what's needed. Ted Cruz isn't there at all even if he was eligible to run for the presidency.
Ted Cruz was also a presidential advisor to George W. Bush in 2000 side by side with Karl Rove. Presidential advisors can make or break presidents and since Bush 2 just slide by Karl Rove and Ted Cruz didn't do a good job. Does Ted Cruz have a white board?
